Elevations Credit Union has been blessed in its pursuit of excellence through the Baldrige framework and through the expert counsel of Jan Johnson. She helped educate and equip our team to become highly successful in deploying the Baldrige framework. We received this US Presidential honor based on our first application and after a mere 6 years of dedicated work. We began this journey in April 2009 at the depths of the Great Recession and our financial cooperative has posted record-breaking performance since 2009 through the advice of Jan Johnson.
